Hi. Welcome to my new website.
The last time I updated my website it was 2009 and I was still living in Wisconsin. A lot has happened since then. I’m now living in Montana. I’m exploring a very big state. But I’m still making photos. And because of all that I felt an update to my website and priorities was in order.
In this Phase I of my web update I chose to go with a very clean, minimalist design for my new website. It is designed to compliment my photography, look professional, and make navigation easier. As many of you know, I also take many photographs that come very close to approaching minimalism. Because of that I also thought a very simple, clean design made a lot of sense.
I’m also going to change the direction of my blog. First and foremost I plan to post much, much more frequently than in the past. This will be a real challenge, but it is something I have to do. You will see some blog entries already recorded in my journal that will hopefully give you a sense of the direction I plan to take the blog. The categories I hope to concentrate on include:
- DIY tutorials
- Minimalism as it pertains to life
- Snippets of things that inspire me and my photography
- News about my goings-on
- Silly-ass ramblings and odds & ends
- And of course, lots and lots of photography
I plan to install my Phase II updates to this website shortly after Christmas. In the mean time I hope you enjoy the new place. But if you don’t, please be sure to let me know.
Thanks for all of your support!
